Mentoring is an integral part of our work at the EAC. Our program is designed to build life changing relationships with youth between the ages of 12 and 18. Each participant is linked with a supportive mentor match. One to one and group meetings offer services in character building, career insight and experience, goal setting and leadership development. Through mentors who inspire, our youth learn to become self-sufficient knowledgeable leaders.
